We’re proud to say that the chances are extremely high on most trips, it’s very rare for anyone to leave without catching something. Different fisheries and species have different expectations. Our experienced guides know the local waters and use proven techniques to put you in the best possible position for success. That said, fishing is still fishing, not catching so while we can’t guarantee it 100%, we can confidently say your odds are about as close as it gets.
Retention varies depending on the regulations, type of fishery, and species. We have many trips where retention is allowed and can even prepare your catch for lunch for you. Other fisheries like steelhead are catch and release only. We will discuss your preference for retention vs catch and release with you and tailor a fishing plan that suits your goals.
Yes. All guided trips include premium fishing gear (rods, reels, line, lures, bait, and flies) sourced from top industry brands to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
For salmon, steelhead, and interior walk-and-wade river trips, chest waders and wading boots are required. These can be rented for $25 per item, per day. Aside from waders and boots, all essential equipment is included with your booking.
We aim to be as flexible as possible while accounting for the challenges of rebooking trips on short notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your trip and is fully refundable up to that point. Cancellations made within 30 days of your trip may be eligible for a credit if we are able to rebook your dates. In the rare event that a trip is cancelled by us due to weather or safety conditions, your trip will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
In British Columbia, a little rain is all part of the experience and in many cases, it actually improves fishing conditions. Its best to dress and prepare for everything. Trips may be adjusted or rescheduled if conditions become unsafe (extreme high water, lighting flooding, etc.) In those rare cases, we’ll always prioritize your safety and offer to reschedule your trip or provide a refund.
